99xo নিরাপত্তা ও পরিচয় যাচাই: এক শব্দের রায় নয়, evidence chain

সরাসরি উত্তর: নিরাপদ বলা যায় না, scam-ও প্রমাণিত নয়

বর্তমান evidence দিয়ে 99xo-কে “safe” বলা যায় না, কারণ single operator, authoritative brand domain, licence, product audit, app developer, payment partnership ও dependable complaint route একসঙ্গে নিশ্চিত নয়। আবার শুধু এই ঘাটতি থেকে প্রতিটি 99xo-like page fraud—এমন absolute accusationও করা যায় না। সবচেয়ে সঠিক conclusion হলো identity ambiguity, conflicting claims এবং material verification gaps আছে।

6. অর্থ: merchant/recipient identity, provider approval ও complaint path মিলান।
7. সমর্থন: same-domain contact, ticket reference, escalation ও appeal evidence নিন।
8. আইন: Bangladesh-এর intended-use restriction আলাদাভাবে প্রয়োগ করুন।

প্রত্যেক ধাপে result দিন: confirmed, conflicting, not observed। “Not observed”কে false বা illegal বলবেন না। তবে critical field—operator, licence, app signature বা recipient—unknown হলে high-impact action বন্ধ রাখুন। Screenshot-এর সঙ্গে capture date ও full URL রাখুন।

বাংলাদেশি malware ও impersonation context

BGD e-GOV CIRT ২০২৬-এ একটি আলাদা malicious campaign নথিবদ্ধ করেছে যেখানে gambling infrastructure-এর ছদ্মবেশ, remote-access malware এবং bKash/Nagad/Rocket-এর মতো localized payment context ব্যবহার করা হয়েছিল। Advisory-টি 99xo-কে অভিযুক্ত করে না। এটি category-level lesson দেয়: casino-themed download ও familiar wallet language social engineering কমিয়ে দেয় না।

তাই executable file, remote-support tool, screen sharing, accessibility permission, personal MFS number এবং urgent payment request—প্রতিটি আলাদা stop signal। Law-enforcement logo বা regulator name copy করাও verification নয়। Official government বা provider site নিজে খুলে contact নিন; received message-এর link ব্যবহার করবেন না।

Impersonation বা compromise সন্দেহ হলে

প্রথমে interaction থামান, নতুন credential/document/payment দেবেন না। Exact hostname, message header, phone/account number, file name/hash যদি নিরাপদে পাওয়া যায়, timestamp ও transaction ID সংরক্ষণ করুন। Compromised device থেকে password বদলাবেন না; trusted device ব্যবহার করুন। Email, mobile, financial account ও browser session secure করুন। APK থাকলে permission, accessibility ও device-admin state review করুন।
